Public content is general information about a proposed service. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, employment, weather-routing or navigational advice and must not be relied upon for an emergency or safety-critical decision.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must protect access credentials, provide accurate information, use only records they are authorized to access, and avoid interference, scraping, malware, credential sharing and unlawful content. ASCEND may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Specialist services
Availability, provider credentials, scope, confidentiality, fees and service levels require separate agreements. Human professionals and the Master retain their responsibilities and authority.
Intellectual property and links
Ownership and licenses for ASCEND branding and content must be confirmed before launch. External services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
