Our target
ASCEND targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public, account and administration experiences. The current build includes semantic landmarks, keyboard operation, visible focus, reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels, status messages and independently designed black and white modes.
Known verification still required
Before launch, ASCEND must complete automated checks, keyboard-only review, 200% and 400% zoom/reflow tests, forced-colors review, and critical journeys with current screen readers and people with disabilities. Third-party specialist tools must be assessed separately.
Feedback and accommodations
A monitored accessibility email, telephone alternative, response target and escalation owner are not yet configured. Until then, use the contact form and begin the message with “Accessibility”. Do not include sensitive personal or medical details.
